Data Analyst

JT is a Data Analyst at Cosgrove Partners, where he helps clients view their businesses objectively through data. He plays a key role in developing dashboards and analytical tools that provide visibility into operational, financial, and commercial performance. JT supports leadership teams by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning.

His work spans database management, data analysis, and dashboard development using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. By building systems that connect and visualize key performance metrics, JT helps streamline how clients measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Before joining Cosgrove Partners, JT represented Indiana University in the Big Ten Academic Alliance Data Visualization Championship, where he demonstrated his strengths in data visualization and storytelling. As Director of Membership for the IU Student Foundation, he managed data for hundreds of volunteers and presented key updates to the Board of Associates.

JT holds a degree in Data Science from Indiana University. While at IU, he rode for 3PH Cycling, an Independent Little 500 team.
