Director of Business Intelligence

Connor Cosgrove leads the Business Intelligence function at Cosgrove Partners, operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations. In his role, Connor serves as a technology leader and strategic partner to executive teams across multiple organizations, augmenting their internal capabilities and guiding large-scale technology integrations.

He specializes in designing and implementing modern data warehousing and analytics platforms that consolidate data from disparate business systems to drive clarity, accountability, and strategic decision-making. Connor’s work empowers clients to transform their data infrastructure into a scalable, actionable asset that supports growth and operational excellence.

With 10+ years of experience spanning software engineering, data analytics, and financial strategy, Connor brings a unique blend of technical and business expertise. Prior to joining Cosgrove Partners, he worked as a full-stack product engineer in both the private and public sectors and led client success initiatives focused on retention, satisfaction, and product expansion.

Connor studied Informatics, Finance, and History at Indiana University. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and lifelong fan of IU basketball, the Colts, and Liverpool FC.
