Situation

After an extensive and complicated software implementation, the operating platform was not able to perform the basic requirements of the business. CP was retained to assist management with the renegotiation of the software contract and as litigation support in the event of unresolved contractual obligations.

The company was able to resolve the contract dispute and recover a substantial investment from the non-performing software provider.
